We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. The items must be in their original packaging, unassembled, and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Do the bar stools require assembly?
Most of our bar stools are shipped flat-packed to ensure safe transport. Each item includes easy-to-follow instructions and the necessary tools for a quick assembly process.
How do I choose the right height for my counter?
For a standard kitchen counter (approx. 90cm high), we recommend stools with a seat height of 65cm. For commercial bars (approx. 105cm high), a seat height of 75cm is ideal.
