At Bar Stool Centre, we want you to love your new seating; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the stools in their original boxes to prevent transit damage and drop them off at your preferred courier or schedule a pickup.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
